Working Environment and Location
- This position is based in Thailand (Bangkok) and allows hybrid working.

- Peer: Working closely with Sales lead, MA Lead, Key Account Manager, and Sale Specialists
- Above: Working closely with international brand team to localize brand strategy and special project assignment

Working Hours
Purpose and Scope
- Develop commercial strategies and tactics also localize IM/ APAC brand strategy by adapting to local market insights, ensuring those plans are implemented with omnichannel engagement to reach mid to long-term affiliate targets.
- Drive product category leadership by leading the brand team in both strategic planning, execution of brand initiatives, while securing competitive brand advantage in hospital-level and national tender opportunities.
- With a strong commercial focus, effective development and management of annual promotional budget, sales forecasting, pricing and training for sales team for product knowledge.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead brand as an owner with brand team, and facilitate monthly brand charter meeting with key deliverables (including brand mitigation plan, targeted segment, customer engagement and pricing strategy, etc.)
- Lead the strategic and tactical development of brand plans based on market data analysis to strengthen brand positioning as the first-choice OAB product and a trusted partner in the market.
- Resourcefully gather general market trend, market share and competitive information as guidance in gauging effectiveness of marketing activities translating to increased sell through, strengthened market share and product growth as leadership OAB product.
- Lead and conduct regular market analyses to develop a deep understanding of business dynamics, monitor the competitive environment, identify growth opportunities and challenges, and develop strategies to maximize brand potential while minimizing business risk.
- Generating tactical plan in line with the brand strategy, execute all marketing activities by following the planning steps, tracking the progress including budget management and ROI, and making necessary adjustment to the plan of action also work collaborate with brand team aligned with Brand Charter.

- Feed product information, business intelligence and guidance to sales team. Measure effectiveness on an ongoing basis.
- Organize and attend meetings with KOLs to offer credible advice and guidance and visit customers as a brand lead with sales team to support the customer value creation and maintain growth momentum of product.
- Partners with Regional marketing teams to understand global/regional strategies and adapting to local.
- Excellent in forecasting and have rational to do product business case.
- Lead and manage projects working with external providers and internal stakeholders to increase the effectiveness of brand team to meet business challenges i.e., a new competitor in the same class
- Track and manage detailed budget for responsible tactics.
- Promote a culture of Ethics and Compliance, applying Integrity in action, proactively addressing non-compliance.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and have experience 1+ year pharmaceutical product management.
- Strong working knowledge in term of analytical, planning, organization and implementation skill also track record of sales, brand performance with KPI achievement.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent in communicate skill by able to convert knowledge and data to multiple audiences with clearly, concisely, and effectively both one-on-one and in a group to drive the business forward.
- Leads the strategic planning process to balance driving breakthrough initiatives and dependable performance in support of Astellas strategy also generate commitment to the achievement of strategy.
- Good knowledge of computer-based programs especially in Windows, particularly MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience
- 1+ year pharmaceutical product management in global MNCs
- Post-graduate degree in marketing/management will be advantage.
- Good Self-control and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to make decisions and response to solve problems immediately and effectively.
- Experience in retail channel will be advantage.
