Purpose and Scope

As a Specialist, Urology Sales, Thailand, you will be responsible for driving growth of Urology business and ensuring to strengthen Urology product portfolio sales by engaging HCPs with Omni-channel which related to brand strategies. The scope includes developing relationships with external stakeholder to ensure we have competitive advantage among urology therapeutic area in Thailand market.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Effectively promote and educate targeted HCPs on the use of Astellas' products through one-on-one meetings, virtual & digital interactions and group presentations, company-approved promotional activities e.g., speaker programs, webinar and other company-approved activities.
  • Create effective MCCP via Veeva platform that efficiently maximize call objectives and frequency. - Execute marketing plan, strategy by using approved promotional materials and resources.
  • Create & present territory business plan & organize activities to support the promotional strategy.
  • Effectively collaborate promotional efforts with peers across sales teams and other X-functional team members (Marketing, Medical Affairs, etc.) with play to win and work as one team mindset.
  • Able to drive business performance, manage ATH portfolio, secure listing in high-value accounts through robust systematic monitoring and responding to results. 
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge that enables to engage in meaningful dialogues, build credibility and add value when calling on the HCPs. 
  • Provide feedback on product performance, competition, market trend and customer satisfaction.
  • Operate strictly within the corporate code of conduct, company-defined ethical sales practices, compliance guidelines with the winning in the right way mindset.
  • Appropriately manage and maintain all company equipment and promotional materials (sales materials, company literature, product samples, etc.) according to necessary company guidelines.
  • Accurately report/submit sales call activities in the VEEVA system, territory expenses and written reports and within deadline as defined by Sales Manager.
  • Attend all company-offered trainings of disease & product knowledge and selling skills, and pass the standard as defined by company.
  • Additional duties as needed.
