Purpose and Scope

Support the implementation of the marketing strategy for the Urology portfolio by ensuring the effective execution of promotional plans, materials, and activities. The role contributes to the alignment between global strategy and local execution, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, operational excellence, and achievement of business objectives.

Additionally, the Brand Associate ensures timely execution of cycle plans, events, and budget control, acting as a key enabler for the commercial and marketing teams.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the Marketing Plan, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and cross-functional teams (sales, medical, access, compliance).
  • Coordinate the development and execution of promotional materials, including agency briefings, follow-up, approvals, production, and distribution.
  • Ensure timely availability of materials for each promotional cycle to the sales force.
  • Support cycle planning activities, including participation in cycle meetings and alignment with the sales team.
  • Coordinate and execute events, congresses, and sponsorships, ensuring compliance with internal processes and policies.
  • Manage administrative processes related to marketing activities (purchase orders, contracts, vendor creation, invoicing).
  • Monitor and control the marketing budget (A&P), ensuring efficient and compliant use of resources.
  • Track and validate expenses, ensuring correct financial allocation and timely reporting. 
  • Act as a focal point for compliance, supporting transparency reporting and ensuring proper documentation of HCP/HCO interactions.

  • Support analysis of sales performance, prescriptions, and market trends to generate insights for decision-making.
  • Manage inventory and follow-up of samples and promotional materials. 
  • Collaborate across functions to support business unit projects and initiatives. 
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Marketing or related areas (healthcare/pharma preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Results-oriented mindset. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint required).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory processes.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
