Working Environment and Location

Purpose and Scope

Responsible for credits review and its reconciliation in coordination with commercial and finance and all contract and purchasing processes from commercial-Market Access.

Co develop Dashboard and Balanced Score Card of Retail Channel. Support Sales manager in ONE KAM metrics and performance for retail execution and strategy

Responsible for the processes of management and monitoring of the expenses incurred with vendors of KAM and Market Access teams. Preparation and Analysis of Management Reports for follow-up of the Compliance and Management Team

Support monthly SISMED reports to MoH and pricing sources monitoring in IRP.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Monthly Credit notes review and adjustment by all customer and overall consolidation. Attend detailed requests by KAMS (price differences, agreements, adjustments) at weekly basis..
  • Preparation and verification of reconciliations, account statements monitoring close with Genpact's reports
  • Monthly monitoring of KAM - Max - PSP expenses and Provisions Validation per customer. services.
  • Contracts and Purchase Orders from Commercial and Market Access.
  • IRP monitoring managing data sources from portfolio and new launches in coordination with Value - Pricing managers.
  • Data preparation in coordination with finance for SISMED monthly reports.
  • Co- Develop & Manage and publish in the Retail BI tool (Power BI), ensuring access to all data and data related to the operations performed. Conduct training and support for all tool users. Close collaboration with KAMs, Pharmacy sales Force.
  • Elaboration of audit files: Journal entries, trial balance, monthly detail of expenses and costs,and ESF and P&L comparatives.

  • • Validation of imports: Validate invoices and DIM of imports and verify that balances are the same in sap - monthly
  • • Close collaboration with Value and PSP with AI and Omnichannel initiatives

Essential Qualifications

• University Graduation in Business or Marketing;

• Intermediate English;

• Routine sales, post-sales, demand and sales force;

• Analysis of sales and projects;

• Analysis of S&OP

• Analysis of registration documentation;

• Advanced Excel;

• SAP module SD user;

• Two years in the commercial/sales administration or sales effectiveness areas in the pharmaceutical industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master/MBA Degree
