Working Environment and Location

  • This position is based in Mexico City and will require on-site work in a hybrid set up. 
  • Fixed term contract for 12 months.

Purpose and Scope

The Learning Operations Associate plays a key role in enabling the successful delivery of the organization’s enterprise-wide leadership programs. As a core member of the enterprise learning team, the role works in close partnership with colleagues and stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and deliver programs effectively across the organization. By owning end-to-end program operations, the Learning Operations Associate ensures a high-quality, scalable learning experience that supports enterprise capability and performance.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Program planning & readiness: Coordinate end-to-end operational planning for enterprise-wide leadership programs, including scheduling across all business areas and geographies, session set-up, and facilitator readiness
  • Stakeholder, calendar & communications management: Manage meetings, calendars, invitations, and communications with global, regional, and functional stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely information throughout the program lifecycle
  • Participant & delivery administration: Own participant registration, confirmations, attendance tracking, learning records, and session logistics, ensuring a smooth, professional learner experience and high operational accuracy
  • Learning materials, systems & vendor coordination: Maintain learning materials and session resources; coordinate with learning platforms, virtual delivery tools, and external vendors to ensure seamless program execution
  • Live delivery support & issue resolution: Provide real-time operational support during program delivery, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling, technology, or logistical issues to maintain quality and momentum
  • Data management, reporting & evaluation support: Track participation, completion, and delivery metrics; support feedback collection and reporting to inform program effectiveness and business insights
  • Continuous improvement & scalability: Capture lessons learned, identify process improvements, and support the evolution of scalable, repeatable operational practices to enable sustainable enterprise rollout

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a learning operations, training coordination, program support, or L&D administration role within a complex, fast-paced organisation
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating programs, events, or initiatives across multiple geographies and time zones
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience working with learning systems and tools (e.g. LMS, virtual learning platforms, collaboration tools, calendar systems)
  • High attention to detail and a track record of operational accuracy, follow-through, and risk mitigation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging global and regional stakeholders
  • Experience supporting senior leaders, facilitators, or external partners in a professional environment
  • Comfortable working autonomously while being a collaborative member of a broader learning or HR team
  • A qualification in Learning & Development, HR, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Fluent in English
