Working Environment and Location

• This is a student placement position.
• This position is based in Kilorglin, Ireland and requiries you to be fully onsite. 
• Placement run’s from Jan – Aug 27.

Purpose and Scope

Warehouse activities relating to pharmaceutical products in compliance with Astellas quality procedures and regulatory requirements. Sales & distribution functions ensuring customer orders are fulfilled and deliveries reach their destination globally.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day warehouse activities for pharmaceutical products, ensuring all operations are conducted in accordance with Astellas quality procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Assist with the accurate receipt, storage, handling, picking and dispatch of pharmaceutical products while maintaining product quality and traceability.
• Support sales and distribution activities by processing customer orders accurately and ensuring orders are prepared and fulfilled within required timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external logistics partners to support the timely and compliant delivery of customer orders to destinations globally.
• Maintain accurate warehouse and distribution records, follow relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs), and promptly escalate any issues or discrepancies to the appropriate team members.

Essential Qualifications

• Studying a third level degree in Business/Scientific or Technical discipline.
