Working Environment and Location

Working Hours
Purpose and Scope
Define the strategic plan (medium-term brand plan) and the tactical plan (short-term marketing plan) of your product(s) in the care pathway
Ensure the operational implementation of the defined plans in compliance with the planned schedule and budget
Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze the care pathway, including key players, the environment, and the market –
- Develop and define Astellas' marketing strategy for the product in the care pathway
- Define budget investment and media mix
- Carry out the strategic plan (brand plan) and the marketing plan
- Present strategic and tactical plans to dedicated internal contacts
- Present and ensure the deployment of operational campaigns to the sales forces
- Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns and communication around the care pathway (communication axes with the various actors and media mix) while ensuring compliance with regulations and Compliance
- Develop and monitor all communication tools, including promotional materials
- Define and monitor key performance indicators, including budget monitoring
Continue:Role and Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the regional meetings of your product
- Proactively communicate impactful information to the Brand Teams (BT) AVN, and APAC
- Communicate and establish partnerships with key players
-Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Compliance teams
-Evaluate marketing and campaign effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
-Identify potential risks and ensure proactive compliance and governance
Essential Qualifications
- Marketing Background
- First experience in marketing in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry
- Fluency in English, read, spoken, written
- Analytical and synthesis skills –
- Organizational Ability and Prioritization
- Curiosity and proactivity
- Decision-making
- Multi-project management and adaptability
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Field experience is a plus
- Knowledge of the therapeutic area is a plus
- Scientific background is a plus
