Experience

  • 2 year-experience in relevant experiences in sales/marketing function in pharmaceutical industry 
  • BA degree in pharmaceutical/medical  
  • Bachelor’s degree with major in Pharma science related or business management or related field.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical industry at basic level
  • Strong customer relations skills and continual awareness of changing medical developments
  • Good at planning and time management
  • Teamwork skills
  • Persuasive skills
  • Positive working attitude and willing to learn and take up challenges
  • Independent, and sales & result driven

Role and Responsibilities 1

Planning 

  • Implement hospital promotion plan in collaboration with Line Manager and other depts: MKT, MA, RA, E&C 

 

Territory Management  

  • Map and set up database of the targeted HCPs & classification 
  • Approach the right HCPs at the right frequency and right products key message aligned with company strategy 
  • Increase product acceptance of HCPs by effectively implementing IBP strategies and activities including but not limited to promotional educational activities, promotional interactions with individual HCPs 
  • Plan, organize and hold HCPs group presentations/ meetings on a regular basis 
  • Provide prompt follow-ups on HCP requests 
  • Together with Line Manager, build strong relationships with all key stakeholders (KOLs, KDMs) to influence application and approval process for hospital listing/hospital tender 

 

 

Role and Responsibilities 2

 Performance Management 

  • Align with Line Manager to set performance objectives and tasks by quarterly, annually, half year 
  • Collect and analyze data/competitors on time based on business requirements 
  • Ensure achieving SFE and Digital KPIs in line with objectives, provide regular and accurate reports to Line Manager on territory matters, report according to procedures of the call reporting system 

Finance Management 

  • Manage and execute the assigned budget plan in accordance with company SOPs/policies, forecast accuracy 

Developing knowledge 

  • Maintain and enhance the assigned product knowledge and that of its competitors, through self-study and company training. 
  • Continuously improve promotional skills and is willing to try new approaches. 
  • Develop communication skills, presentation skills, etc. 

 

Role and Responsibilities 3

Compliance 

  • Ensure that all in-field activities are in line with relevant Vietnamese regulations, local pharma code and Company business principles and values; is accountable for individual’s compliance to business ethics and regulations 

Team Collaboration 

  • Work closely and collaboratively within business unit, team and across functions 

 

Adverse Event Report 

  • Be responsible for reporting all available information of an adverse event within one business day of awareness Allocation of time within calendar year to achieve Key Performance Indicators as assigned by Line Manager  

Any other tasks requested by the company.
