Working Hours
Purpose and Scope
Ensure the effective execution of tender-related activities in the assigned territory, maximize tender win rates, and contribute positively to the overall business performance of the company.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Tender Planning & Execution
- Develop tender quotas aligned with business objectives and company strategy.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of tender processes and timelines in assigned territories.
- Monitor and update tender progress on the Muasamcong system on a daily basis.
- Prepare tender dossiers, track submission progress, and support the handling of clarification requests.
2. KOL & Market Management
- Understand the insights and decision-making mechanisms of key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the assigned territories.
- Assess the role and influence level of each KOL and develop appropriate engagement plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
3. Market & Competitive Analysis
- Collect, update, and analyze competitor intelligence and market information.
- Recommend specific actions for each tender package and territory to enhance tender-winning opportunities.
4. Territory Execution
- Proactively implement or coordinate with relevant internal functions to organize activities such as Government Projects (GP), Strategic Programs (SP), sponsorships, seminars, and symposiums.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support NRDL implementation and SIQ product importation, ensuring timely execution in line with approved plans.
5. Internal Coordination & Operations
- Work closely with the Sales team to monitor ordering plans and manage order fulfillment, ensuring supply availability aligns with forecasts and smooth operations at hospitals, including both tender and hospital pharmacy channels.
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs (RA) and Supply Chain (SC) teams to monitor visa/GMP status and product supply availability.
6. Tender Web System Management
- Monitor and update information on the Tender Web system, including inventory levels, Marketing Authorization (MA) status, and GMP status.
- Conduct Level 1 review and validation of tender packages in coordination with the administration team.
7. Partner Collaboration (Phyto)
- Proactively work with the Phyto partner to implement discounted pricing setup for oncology products in assigned territories, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Coordinate the preparation, review, and completion of tender dossiers, official correspondence, and related documentation.
- Track and drive progress to ensure all activities are completed according to plan and do not adversely impact business results.
8. Compliance & Training
- Strictly comply with all company Compliance requirements and policies.
- Complete all required processes and activities related to VEM, PV, and Veeva Vault accurately and on time.
- Participate fully in all mandatory internal training programs.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree on Pharmaceutical
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceuticals industry/1 year experienced in tender
