Sales Specialist take responsible for specific territory brand(s) promotion to achieve sales goal and brand(s) market share within ethic and compliance requirement.

Role and Responsibilities
Sales Specialist take responsible for specific territory/organization brand(s) promotion, sale, design and implement brand(s) promotional plan to achieve responsible goal. (Level III)
Build long term partnership with external stakeholders. Provide update and detail brand(s) information and quick response stakeholders comment and market information. (Level III)
Provide most update competitors information and collect/analysis major external stakeholders insight with using BI and related internal system. (Level III)
Analysis brand(s) performance and market intelligence in specific territory. Strong collaborate with MKT&KAM and other related function and implement integrated brand promotional plan. (Level III)
Pass related certification (product training, sale skill and digital promotional tools). Well preparation and exercise for internal meeting and related training. (Level III)
負責個人擔當區域/機構的藥品業務推展與銷售,規劃並執行藥品的銷售/行銷推展計畫,以達成個人責任目標。
培養並建立與客戶間長期的伙伴關係,提供客戶群最新且詳實的產品資訊,並迅速反應客戶之意見及市場資訊。
即時提供最新的競爭者資訊,收集並分析與主要客戶相關資料,並有系統的運用BI或其他類似系統。
分析區域內產品表現與市場資料並提報執行計劃。與 MKT&KAM等相關部門做充份的溝通合作,執行產品行銷計劃。
通過年度相關考核(產品訓練、銷售技巧、數位行銷工具等) 。會議及教育訓練(醫藥、產品、銷售訓練、BI)足夠的事前準備及事後練習。

- Sales Specialist as a bridge between company and external stakeholders. MR need to quick response external stakeholders’ comment and market information back to organization.
- Sales Specialist need to provide most update competitors information from marketplace by regular bases.
- Sales Specialist provide external stakeholders insight by collect and analysis related information or data from marketplace.
- Sales Specialist own insight gathering capability by using BI and other internal management system.
- Sales Specialist need to provide specific territory promotional plan and execution by analysis brand(s) performance and market intelligence analysis.
- Sales Specialist provide strong collaboration attitude with MKT&KAM and other related function and implement integrated brand promotional plan.
- Sales Specialist need to pass internal annual related certification (product training, sale skill and digital promotional tools) to fit professional job in the field.
- Sales Specialist need to well prepare and sustain exercise for internal meeting and related training, like external eco-system, product knowledge, sale skill and digital tools).
Essential Qualifications
Education: College and above, medical and pharmacy related
Skills: Sales skills, analysis/ problem solving, personal relationship
Experience: At least 3 years of working experience. Oncology experience is highly preferred
Culture: Proactive, teamwork, integrity, transparency
Others: Computer and presentation skills is a plus
