We are looking for a passionate and driven Product Specialist to join our Liver & Kidney Transplant Division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a highly specialized therapy area and contribute to improving outcomes for transplant patients.

Purpose and Scope
Role and Responsibilities
- Promote and drive sales of immunosuppressant and transplant-related products across assigned institutions and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), transplant surgeons, nephrologists, hepatologists, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Conduct scientific discussions, product presentations, and educational programs to enhance product awareness and adoption.
- Identify new business opportunities and support market development initiatives within the transplant specialty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic business plans and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to effectively position our products.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales objectives.

Essential Qualifications
- B.Pharm or Science Graduate.
- 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Experience in Transplant, Nephrology, Hepatology, Immunosuppressants, or Specialty Care will be preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering business results.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
