Working Environment and Location
- This is a permanent field-based role in Nordrhein Westphalen, Hessen, Rheinland Pfalz, Saarland

Purpose and Scope
- As Hospital Access Manager, you will be responsible for managing hospitals, hospital-serving pharmacies, and purchasing groups across all commercial and healthcare system-related aspects. You will create the economic conditions required for the appropriate use of our products while supporting the successful introduction and sustainable positioning of innovative therapies within the hospital environment. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will actively contribute to regional account strategies and access initiatives.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prioritize and select hospitals and relevant accounts in close collaboration with Brand Teams and Key Account Managers
- Analyze decision-making structures and develop tailored account plans together with KAMs and Medical Scientific Liaisons
- Lead contract negotiations, including pricing and supply conditions, in accordance with company guidelines
- Monitor and manage existing contracts while ensuring successful implementation through appropriate systems and cross-functional collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and national decision-makers, purchasing organizations, and professional associations to support strategic business objectives
Essential Qualifications
- Several years of experience within the pharmaceutical, hospital, or broader healthcare sector
- Experience in Account Management, Market Access, or customer-facing commercial roles
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills combined with a business-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; SAP knowledge is considered an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business Administration, or equivalent
