Working Environment and Location

Role and Responsibilities
• Be prepared and updated on Disease and Products, Marketing Tactics, Sales Model, Productivity Tools and the Market within territory;
• Analyze, Plan and build an ongoing compelling Territory Plan of Action, based on data and information from marketing and productivity areas (Audits, Metrics and Marketing Plan);
• Interact with HCPs as predetermined planning, in order to educate and discuss company´s products evidence based/on label benefits for patients;
• Register any kind of interaction with HCPs timely and with assertive wording;
• Promote scientific meetings with opinion leaders to disclose the benefits of company´s products and scientific studies updates;
• Review monthly the tools provided by the company (Dashboard, Audit, Close-up etc.) in order to update Territory Ongoing Plan;
• Meet predetermined targets of Execution KPIs, Sales Goals, Knowledge Assessments;
• Monitor and support Commercial Team on product´s availability among Points of Sales within territory;
Essential Qualifications
• BS/BA degree or equivalent;
• At least two years of experience with sales processes, pharmaceutical products and industry;
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills;
• Proactive, can do approach, takes ownership of situations;
• Demonstrates problem solving ability, analytical, business acumen;
• Solid persuasion skills;
• Demonstrates teamwork orientation;
• Proven record of solid sales performance and achievements;
• Proficient in MS Office Suite;
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
