Purpose and Scope
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our urology portfolio. This role is responsible for driving product strategy, leading cross functional collaboration, and ensuring successful commercialization aligned with patient and healthcare professional needs. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in urology marketing, a strong product management track record, close partnership with sales teams, and the agility to operate effectively in a retail-driven environment
Role and Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management & Strategy: lead and manage the urology portfolio in OAB and LUTS by developing strategic plans and driving execution of them. Implement key tactics – i.e events, promotional materials and other marketing activities. Collaborate with senior leadership to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, sales team, commercial and relevant enabling functions (i.e supply, regulatory, E&C) to drive the execution of product strategies.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: continuously monitor the urology market landscape, gather and analyze insights from key stakeholders (e.g., healthcare professionals, patients) to guide product decisions and refine product positioning.
- Financial & Business Performance: develop and manage the product budget (sales forecast, promotional investments), ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and alignment with portfolio objectives. Analyze financial performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership on portfolio performance, strategic initiatives, and key milestones.
- Leadership & Mentorship: mentor and provide guidance to associate/marketing analyst and other team members

Essential Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of product management experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Solid knowledge of urology and an understanding of retail and primary care market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute product strategies that drive business growth and meaningful patient outcomes.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Prior experience in the urology therapeutic area
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Fluent proficiency in English
