Working Hours

Purpose and Scope

1. 该职位主要负责执行所负责区域的学术推广策略，并对公司的长期业务发展提供支持。

2. 负责辖区内公司产品在临床的学术宣传和学术推广工作，执行公司的产品策略及销售活动，并达成公司的销售目标。

Role and Responsibilities

一、计划管理/客户管理/品牌管理

1.  规划所负责医院的推广计划，和直线经理及市场部同事协商达成最终推广方案，并进行实施。

2.  拜访医生及专家，介绍肿瘤产品的关键信息，使医生及专家认知并了解相关的产品知识。

3.  拜访HCP，了解产品的使用情况及相关市场信息。

二、绩效管理/专业教育推广

1.  与直线经理达成工作目标的共识，最大化推广业绩。相关医院的专业教育活动的开展，协助跨区域的专业教育培训活动。

2.  与客户建立良好关系, 开拓潜在的医院渠道客户，并对既有的客户进行维护，有效传播公司的品牌与专业教育理念。

3.  以公司批准的用途、用法为准则，准确地向客户传递信息：药物的特点、疗效及注意事项等资料，并告知医生有关的禁忌症、副作用及预防措施。

三、财务管理

1.  按公司规定合理制定预算，并按计划实施完成，确保资源的合理和有效利用。

四、信息收集和传递

1.  及时准确的反馈市场信息；及时更新数据库信息及当前的拜访信息。

2.  为公司树立良好的专业形象；对公司商业秘密做到保密。

五、合作与创新

1.  主动地与团队成员进行合作和分享，以整合资源，提升推广效果。

2.  适应团队建设，积极参与和配合跨部门的合作。

3.  创新思维，不断优化工作。

六、自我管理

1.  成为产品和销售领域的专家。

2.  对团队新成员提供辅导和支持。

七、合规推广

1.  确保所有相关活动都符合公司的政策、行为标准。

Essential Qualifications

一、教育

1.  医药相关专业大学本科以上学历。

二、技能

1.  良好的人际交往能力和沟通能力，有和医学领域专家建立并保持良好的关系的能力。

2.  良好的信息收集和使用技巧，解决问题的能力和客户管理能力。

3.  具备基础电脑操作技能，熟练使用office如word、excel等。

4.  具有良好的业务敏锐度、学习能力。

Preferred Qualifications

1.  五年以上医药行业的销售经验

2.  在医药公司有一年（含）以上肿瘤销售经验。

3.  若无肿瘤领域销售经验, 则优先选择在MNCs医药公司内有专科领域用药三年以上推广经验者。

4.  有客户开发经验优先，有新产品入院及推广经验为佳。
