Working Environment and Location
- This position is based in Singapore/ Malaysia and will require on-site work with flexibility to work from home on some days during the week
- International travel will be required to major congresses and also to attend global customer events; whilst many country interactions are managed virtually, there will also be need to travel to attend affiliate meetings through the year where FTF meetings are required.

Working Hours
Purpose and Scope
To drive profitability of our Established Brand Portfolio by collaborating across the matrix to drive the development and implementation of brand strategies
Role and Responsibilities
- Co-lead development of brand strategic plan (iGBP)
- Co-lead development of brand operational plans
- Develop excellent relationships with external KEEs and develop KEE plans and programmes
- Develop meaningful content aligned to brand positioning and customer engagement framework that can be used across the omnichannel mix in impactful above country activities aligned with the operational plan and support local plans
- Understand the market and competitive environment, providing global guidance to mitigate risk to business and exploit opportunities
- Collaborate with priority markets through GCTs to support development of global strategy and content
- Collaborate with International markets to support implementation and best practice sharing
- Provide feedback on country performance
- Collaborate closely with medical affairs, comms, supply chain and regulatory affairs to ensure strategic alignment on operations and LCM

Essential Qualifications
- Possess at least 10 years of proven marketing and leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Marketing or Business
- Experience in Medical Affairs and/or Development
