Purpose and Scope

Achieve Astellas Taiwan vision by delivering reliable, innovative solutions with logical analysis, strategic planning, excellence in collaboration and implementation to improve value and patient access.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Build market access strategies for new products/indications and prepare for reimbursement submission.
  • Develop integrated market access strategies/solutions including reimbursement pricing strategy, pharmacoeconomics/HTA strategy, and policy-related strategy to create the patient access opportunities.
  • Prepare for reimbursement submission - dossier preparation, data gap analysis and identify the solution for minimizing the gap, build product value proposition for payer.
    Develop engagement plan and build up partnership with key external stakeholders.
  • Develop engagement plan and ensure understanding of various stakeholder group’s needs for value story communication.
  • Engagement with key stakeholders to remove access barrier and deliver value-based discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build comprehensive action plan to ensure success.
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional team and reginal/global team and other affiliates through the network to ensure alignment on the access and pricing strategy.
  • Coordinate the internal sources to perform analysis related to price forecast, estimate price cut, validate financial business cases.
  • Integrate intelligence, experience, resource to develop policy shaping strategies.
  • Monitor policy environment landscape and proactively provide regular updates to early diagnose impacts and understand the industry market access knowledge to transform into strategies.
  • Work with IRPMA and related associations to follow up policy and environment change and engage in future policy recommendations.
  • Proactively gain intelligence of policy trends and involve in policy shaping activities relevant to company products and pipeline.

Essential Qualifications

Education
Bachelor’s degree above.
Medical related (pharmacy, nursing, public health, economics, public policy etc) is preferred.

Skills
Communication, data/insight analysis, creativity, problem solving, logic thinking, personal relationship, presentation, self-learning for medical/professional knowledge, office software application

Experience
At least 2 year working experience in multinational pharmaceutical company.
Oncology field, commercial working experience is preferred.
